The EHW is the ideal hot water pressure washer for in-plant cleaning. Just plug it in and get instant hot water...no noise, no fumes. It can be located under a stairway or even inside a closet. And, with the auto stop-start feature, that comes standard with the EHW, the hot water spray can be generated on demand by simply pulling the spring-loaded trigger on the insulated gun.

QUALITY: Packed with LANDA quality throughout, the EHW features a heating coil made of stainless steel tubing. A rugged Baldor motor drives the industrial-duty Landa pump, with 5-year warranty, using a high-quality, castiron pulley assembly. They are housed in a stainless steel cabinet and mounted on a power platform supported by four vibration isolators, which minimize stress on the frame and extend the life of the equipment. Landa is a ISO-9001 quality certified manufacturer.

FUNCTIONALITY: The EHW features a unique design for heating the water. For instance, energy-efficient heating elements do not come in contact with the pressurized water, which minimizes scale build up, which can shorten the life of the elements. Also, the heating coil is submerged in a tank filled with a water solution formulated for maximum heat transfer. A layer of oil sets on the surface of the solution for heat retention and to prevent evaporation.

SAFETY: The EHW complies to the rigid UL-1776 safety standards with many safety features including thermal protection on both the motor and pump, 24-inch hose guard for burst protection, auto start/stop to prevent damage from operator neglect and tri-lingual operating instructions.

• With the switch in the 'ON’ position, the Auto Start function allows the unit to be turned on with the pull of the trigger for convenient remote operation.

• High-efficiency Heating Elements do not come in contact with the pressurized water, resulting in reduced scale build up, lower maintenance, and longer life.

• Water is heated in a Stainless Steel Coil submerged in a tank of water solution for efficient heat transfer and instant hot water with the pull of the trigger; a Layer of Oil rests on the surface of the tank water solution for additional retention of heat and to prevent evaporation.

• Safety Low-Water Flow Switch protects heating elements from burn out due to lack of water.

• 50 ft. of double-wire braid High Pressure Hose rated for up to 5800 PSI and with 24-inch Hose Guard for burst protection and swivel Crimp Fitting for tangle-free handling of hose and trigger gun

• Heavy-duty Upper Cabinet is made of stainless steel, including base plate and easy-to-remove cover; Lower Cabinet is made of 10 gauge steel protected by an epoxy powder coat finish.

• Easy-to-attach detergent Injector for easy application of soap

• Inlet Filter strainer protects pump from debris.

• Four quickcoupler Nozzles are made of hardened stainless steel and mounted for ready access.

• Industrial-strength Motor with thermal overload protection and cast-iron, bushing Pulleys use a convenient 2-bolt pulley adjustment for easy maintenance and longer life; 2 notched “V” cogged belts, which operate cooler, connect the motor to the rugged High- Pressure Landa Pump with three ceramic plungers and forged brass head with five-year warranty.
