Many companies say they offer this service, but what does it mean here at SCE? We take a different approach in how we deal with systems. Systems may include a custom trailer unit, a closed loop wash rack with recycling equipment and multiple wash guns, a custom aqueous parts washer that wash, rinses and dries the parts or a complete car wash with self service bays, automatic bays, entry controllers, vending islands, vacuums, etc.
No matter what you are looking to do in the cleaning equipment industry we apply the same set of customer first principals to the process. They are as follows:
-
Ask many questions to find out what equipment best suits your application. For a wash rack it may include questions about power , sewer availability, amount of pieces per day washing, solids load, etc. In a custom trailer application it may include what pressures, gpm, size, trailer size, chemical needs, equipment types, etc. In a car wash it may include a site analysis for ROI studies, power, sewer, traffic counts, etc.
-
Design in AutoCAD actual scale drawings to make sure that we are completely accurate in what we are providing and that it will work. For a wash rack, it may be drawings to give to vendors to get construction costs and show flow and space requirements. In a car wash it may be a full site layout to see how the building and bays will fit on the property and also visualize how the flow of traffic will work.
-
Work with architects and engineers or in house customer staff to make sure that our design and equipment works and does what the customer wants it to do and expectations are met.
-
Give a detailed full color proposal with pricing, specs, brochures, analysis and warranty information.
Guess how much we charge to provide this service? Nothing. Zero. Nada.
We want your business and want to be involved in the process from the start. We have over 100 years combined experience in dealing with water in industrial applications and want to earn your business. Call us. (800) 635-4903.
