Bulk Chemical & Detergent Program

Bulk Chemical & Detergent Program We offer our higher use customers the availability of a tote program where we place a 200 gallon bulk or tote tank with the proper fittings, injectors and/or pumps depending on the application for no charge and fill it up as needed. Most times we are taking our soap, mixing 1 drum to 3 parts water & further diluting it through our downstream injectors saving you time and money while increasing productivity.

Soap & Service. The Ultimate Combination

In both divisions, we offer monthly Preventative Maintenance Agreements. Purchasing your soap from the company who services your equipment makes sense. We don’t view soap as our primary income source. We look at it as a tool to enhance equipment performance. Many chemical companies want your soap business but we want your long term business. We don’t run soap through coils or pumps if possible and we offer very competitive rate packages combining soap with our service. It just makes sense.

Soap & Detergent Applications for Pressure Washers

chemical injector

1) Downstream chemical injector: This injector typically mixes the soap 15:1 injects soap downstream of the coil and pump. In other words, soap never travels through the machine.

2) Foamer. Adding soap with a foamingairless foam attachment that hooks up to the pressure washer aerates the mixtures & allows it to hold on the surface. This can be used in conjunction w/a downstream injector or with a separate foaming system.

3) Use a separate tank w/a small 120V or 12V pump mounted to the tank & placed in the wash bay or on a trailer to apply soap at heavier concentrations, let it sit and come back with the pressure washer.

4) Use a pump up sprayer in order to mix 1:1 or more for tough areas and let sit before washing.
