There are many reasons to purchase equipment from a local dealer like SCE. In these days of everyone giving you, the customer, more choices than ever before it is important to be informed and educated before purchasing cleaning equipment. I would like to outline many of what I feel are the reasons we have been so successful in our local markets.

Experience: How many people have been in the industry for 25 years plus using the equipment to earn money like we have? 10 years as an Operator who had six trucks, some of the largest fleet accounts in the area and who worked on and used equipment 6-7 days a week before becoming one of the largest dealerships of our kind in the nation? Many of our employees have been in the industry for over 20 years as well. Are you going to get that from your local big box store? On the internet? I don’t think so. We ask question, we provide solutions that come from experience. We know.

Inventory: We stock over $800,000.00 in parts and equipment inventory in our Phoenix and San Diego stores with the ability to demonstrate on or off site. If you need equipment, parts, accessories, chemicals and advice then we have the ability to do that. When your equipment needs to get up and running, you need a local dealer who has made the investment in their business to keep you productive.

Service: Our technicians are factory trained and we have the ability to service the equipment on or off site. We can usually get you in and out in our local shops within 24 hours. Our brands carry warranties and that does not mean anything unless you can get them serviced. With coil warranties that are 5 years and pump warranties that are up to 7, why buy cheap equipment that won’t last more than a couple of hundred hours before costing as much to repair as it did to purchase? It makes good sense to choose a high quality piece of equipment that will last for years that we can help keep running and making you money. There are 125 dealers nationally for Landa. If you have an issue out of our servicing area you can rest assured you will be taken care.

Name Brands: Landa, WaterMaze and Jim Coleman Hanna and other brands we carry did not get to be the best looking, best performing names in the industry attracting the highest quality dealers in the industry by making cheap equipment.

It is not easy to get to be dealers for these products. You have to have made a substantial investment in inventory, training and marketing to be a dealer for the manufacturers we have been awarded dealerships for. SCE could carry a lot of different products. We carry the best names and consider it an honor to have the dealerships. We have other brands asking us to carry them; we choose the ones that are the best investment for our customers that offer the highest quality equipment. There are no other dealers in the country with the breadth of products in the industry that we have.

Ex: Landa was the first company to have UL 1776 Certification, the first company to have Spanish and French labels on their equipment, the first company to have equipment built in an ISO 9001 factory and are celebrating their 40th year in business. The Operators Manuals are first class. Landa is the premium brand in the industry today.

Ex: Jim Coleman Hanna has been in the industry for over 40 years with the largest product line in the industry. Many of the principals and owners of the company have owned and continued to operate car washes themselves. The experience when purchasing a product of this nature is incredibly important. Local site analysis, working with architects, bankers and contractors is something that has to be done at the local level to insure you get exactly what you paid for. Building a car wash is a long process that demands time and attention. Something only a local dealer with strong factory support can offer.

There has been a lot of talk on the internet about buying direct. We can give you dozens of names of customers that purchased from a company out of state to save a few bucks or from a flyer that came in the mail or the local big box store that ended up here.

The Internet is a great tool for finding information about equipment, discussing equipment with others, looking for used equipment, and locating a local dealer.
