Hanna’s Global Mini-Tunnel™ can fit in most standard rollover bays and can wash 35 to 60 cars per hour. Utilizing the most productive combination of Hanna brush components, the Global system is able to thoroughly wash the top horizontal and vertical surface of the vehicle.

The space saving Hybrid Systems are designed around the versatile and cost effective Stack and Scrub frame system (SAS). This unique frame system can integrate a variety of wash components to allow for higher volume washing in any Express system.

Hanna’s UltraExpress™ conveyor system utilizes a combination of high-pressure water applicators, soft cloth and foam brushes for the perfect balance of gentle yet effective cleaning. The UltraExpress system is configured to minimize vehicle incident while providing motorists with an open and inviting view through the car wash. The UltraExpress™ system addresses hard to clean areas such as wheels, bumpers and window edges.

The 4TB range comes in five different sizes to adapt to limited spaces. With conveyor installation lengths from 10.9m up to 17.4m., the five variations guarantee a much higher level of productivity than conventional rollovers:from the 30 cars/hour of the short chain, up to the 55 cars/hour of the top performer.

Istobal 4TC wash tunnels are designed for places that demand high productivity. True to the principle of versatility in its widest sense, there are up to 13 configurations, all varying in sizes and characteristics, and able to meet the most demanding of production needs, whatever the scale, thanks to differing conveyor lengths, which range from 12.5 m. right up to 32 m. Depending on the length chosen, throughput goes from 50 cars/hour to 100 cars/hour.
