I understand that any work is not to be performed without prior credit approval. Terms are cash on delivery unless I have filled out credit application and have been approved by SCE. If i have been approved by SCE. I must have a purchase order number given to the technician or SCE will not be able to service our equipment. I understand there is a one (1) hour minimum charge and all labor is warranted for 30 days. The labor and material is ordered by me, for which I have authority to order, to be listed at your regular price. If collections are made by suit or otherwise, I agree to pay interest at the rate of 2% per month until paid, also all collection costs including reasonable attorneys fee and hereby waive all rights to claim exemption under the state laws. a mechanics lien is acknowledge on below equipment to secure the amount or repairs thereto. It is understood that Superior Cleaning Equipment Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss or damage, by theft or by fire, to property placed with them for storage, sale or repairs and you and your employees may operate our equipment for purpose of testing or inspection at my risk. 3 days after notification of work completion, storage fees of $50.00 per month will be charged. After 30 days equipment will be sold for repairs and storage fees.
